I originally purchased tickets without the Park Hopper option and later added Park Hopper to the tickets through the Disney app. I received my tickets (cards) in the mail but they do not have Park Hopper on them. Can we still use them to park hop?

Hi Jennifer, and welcome to planDisney! We're so glad you "hopped" over to see us with your question. Let's make sure you're ready to make the most of your Disney days!

Jennifer, my guess is that your tickets do have the Park Hopper Option included since you added it using your My Disney Experience app. Our best bet is to check your account and verify your ticket type. Go ahead and fire up the My Disney Experience app on your phone and look for the three little horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of your screen. Then, click on the tile that says "Tickets and Passes." That will take you to a page that lists each ticket associated with your account. Swipe until you find one of the tickets you want to check, and you should see something like "05-Day Magic Your Way Ticket with Park Hopper Option." If you see that, you're good to go! Your tickets should indeed include the Park Hopper Option, so feel free to hop away!

If for some reason you don't see the Park Hopper Option on your tickets when you check the app, I'd call Guest Relations at the Existing Tickets number and talk it through with a Cast Member. They should be able to see all the activity on your account, so I'm sure they can help you. Also, you probably would have received an email confirmation when you added the Park Hopper Option to your tickets, so it would help to have that handy if you end up having to call.

One more thing! When you get your tickets sorted out, you might want to try out the new Disney MagicMobile service for a totally ticketless experience! You'll go to the same menu in your app where you selected "Tickets and Passes," and instead choose "Disney MagicMobile." Follow the prompts to add your tickets to your digital wallet, and then you can enter the theme parks with just a touch of your phone! It's so easy and fun, and it can help you be sure you have the most up-to-date version of your tickets.

I hope this helps you have a "hopping" good time at Walt Disney World, Jennifer. Please come see us again if you have any more questions!
