Nikki from MD Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I had originally purchased tickets to the Not so Scary event in September. I still wanted to purchase tickets to the parks on that day, can I still do that on 6/28? I have been sitting on hold for 2 hours with Disney reps and can't get through to ask.

    Hi Nikki!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Happy to help with such a great question! As you may know, it was recently announced that Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party events were canceled for 2020. With the debut of the new Disney Park Pass Reservation system, many Guests have been inquiring about ticket sales.

Unfortunately, due to the current situation with this pandemic, ticket sales have been temporarily paused. While the reopening of Walt Disney World Resort was recently announced, as of today, no dates have been released as to when theme park ticket sales will resume. I recommend that you familiarize yourself with this page: Update on Walt Disney World Resort operations, including Theme Parks and Water Parks. This is where you can find the latest news regarding the reopening and the conditions to visit.

Did you know?: You can subscribe to the Disney Parks Blog, which is the best way to receive the latest information regarding the Disney Parks and Resorts, directly to your email! You can also follow Walt Disney World on the different social media platforms to stay informed.

Nikki, thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. If you need more help planning your vacation, please feel free to send me your question!
