Hi. I originally purchased 5 tickets but would only be needing 4. Can I get a refund? If not, can I get credits to use for food or merchandise inside the park?

    Hello Lea,

Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question. It sounds like you have some exciting fun ahead of you when you visit the Disneyland Resort!

The important note to share about theme park tickets for the Disneyland Resort is that the theme park tickets are nonrefundable. In addition, based on the Terms and Conditions, the tickets could not be exchanged for other goods or services.

The note of good news to share is that the ticket can still be put to good use for enjoying theme park admission. The ticket will have a valid use period before it expires. Even better, if the ticket does expire before you have an opportunity to use it, you could apply the amount you paid for ticket towards the purchase of new tickets.

Lea, here's wishing you lots of fun when you visit the Disneyland Resort to enjoy all the magic of Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. Be sure to stay up to date with all the new and exciting experiences coming to the Disneyland Resort by following the Disney Parks Blog

Here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today, Lea!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
