I originally purchased the 4-park magic ticket prior to Disney's closure in 2020. I am rescheduling my trip to Sept. 2021 and would like to stay longer than originally planned. Can I get refunded for the 4-park ticket to upgrade to a 7-day ticket?

    Hi, there!

Daniela, I'm so happy to hear you're rescheduling your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. And I'm even happier to hear you're going to be staying longer than originally planned! Wahoo!

To answer your question, refunds are not available for Theme Park Tickets. However, you may be able to apply the value of your 4-Park Magic Ticket towards the purchase of an upgraded ticket package. Simply call Ticketing at (407) 566-4985. A friendly Cast Member there will be delighted to discuss your options with you!

Once have you have your Theme Park Tickets sorted out and linked to your My Disney Experience account, be sure to make your Theme Park Reservations via the Disney Park Pass System. This procedure is part of Disney's phased reopening process. It manages attendance and promotes physical distancing!

Thanks for stopping by planDisney, Daniela. Please visit us again soon with any new questions you may have about your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! We'd love to help you plan a magical stay.
