    We originally purchased a 4 day magic ticket. Now that all tickets have been changed and extended to next year, has it changed where we could add a 5th day to this promotional ticket?

    Thank you for stopping by planDisney with your vacation planning question about theme park tickets.  How wonderful that you were able to secure some of the promotional 4-Park Magic Tickets included in the Special Offers earlier this year!  I frequently check the Special Offers page to see what Pixie Dust might be in there for me too.

    I see you are aware of the extended usage period through September 26, 2021 as detailed here in Tickets and Experience Updates given to existing ticket holders who purchased tickets by June 6th, 2020.  Additionally, if Guests are unable to vacation by September 26, 2021 they may apply the value of wholly unused tickets towards other tickets at a future date.

    At this time, the only modification for these specially designated existing tickets is extending their usage date.  All other restrictions inherent with each category of ticket you own still apply.  In this case, you have promotional tickets which do not have the feature which allows adding theme park days to them.

    However if "playing" longer is a goal for you, there is still a solution!  As mentioned above, Guests may apply the value of wholly unused tickets towards other tickets of equal or greater value.  So if you want to apply the value of your 4-Park Magic Tickets towards 5 Day Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets there is still that option for you.  To discuss your options and find out what the price difference would be, I suggest calling the number listed in this directory for Existing Tickets Phone Number.
