I'm sorry to hear you've had to cancel your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. My family has had to cancel several visits, and I know just how not magical that feeling is. Hopefully, you'll be able to reschedule and say hi to Mickey soon!

I'm extra sorry to hear you won't be able to use your Disney After Hours Boo Bash tickets. Do you have any friends or family planning a Walt Disney World Resort visit? If so, you could reassign the tickets to them using the My Disney Experience app. My pal Ashley walks you through how to do that in this helpful answer.

If that won't work, I recommend calling (407) 939-2273 to speak with a Guest Relations Cast Member. While these tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, it's worth a phone call to see what your options are. I'm sending you some pumpkin spice pixie-dust that they are able to offer some options.
