I originally booked Disneyland tickets for dates 10/12/21 and 10/13/21 then cancelled last minute. Do they have an expiration date on when I have to use them by?

    Hi Tatiana!

Welcome to planDisney! Thank you so much for dropping by and sending this great Disneyland Resort vacation planning question to us hEAR. I'm happy to be your planEAR today!

Oh no! I'm so sorry that you had to change your plans and miss out on seeing Mickey and his pals. The good news is that your Disneyland Theme Park admission tickets are safe. Sadly I don't have the proper magic mirror to see the exact specifics about your tickets; and because there are all kinds of tickets (special offers, promotional tickets, special event tickets, etc) there isn't one rule about how long all tickets are valid. However, there are a few places we can look. Log in to your My Disneyland Account and see if you can find your linked tickets; better yet, open your Disneyland Mobile Account. (The account information should be the same, I happen to find it easier to view the expiration dates in the app.) To find the tickets in the app click the gray three-line icon at the bottom right, then on the next page where it says 'Welcome Tatiana' at the top click 'Tickets and Passes.' Your tickets should still be visible in this section, along with their expiration date. If you're able to still see your tickets and they aren't yet expired, then you should be set to start making your make-up plans. If you hope to visit within the next 120 days, you can even make your Park Pass Reservations! And hEAR's the link to the Park Pass Availability Calendar to help.

If your tickets aren't showing up or they are indeed expired, I recommend reaching out to the ticketing cast members. (Expired tickets that are wholly unused do retain the value that you initially paid which can be applied to future ticket purchases.) Their phone line is (714) 781-4636, but you might also be able to reach them through the chat or email features found on the Help with Ticket link via the icons above the blue rectangle on the right side of the page. You can also try to reach them through the Chat feature in the Disneyland App. Chat can be found by clicking that same three-line icon on the bottom right side of the app, and then it's the last rectangle option. Pro Tip: Try the Chat feature through the app early in the day.

I hope that this helped to get your make-up Disney trip up and running, Tatiana!
