    My original planner quit. I was turned over to another lady. She is no help and will not respond to texts & emails. Who with Disney can I speak to? I just want to cancel everything & start over with a different planner. Trip is booked July 2020.

    I am sorry you are having trouble with the planning of your Walt Disney World vacation. The only way a Cast Member at Disney can help you is if you booked your vacation directly through Walt Disney World. If you booked through a third party (travel agent or travel planner) then you will need to go to them for a resolution. 

    If you did book through Disney, give a call to a Cast Member by calling (407)939-1936 for assistance. If your trip was originally booked with a travel agent, contact the agency directly, and hopefully you can find someone who can get your vacation in order for you. 

    The good news is that you are still several months away, so you have a bit of a cushion to get things fixed up. I am hoping the basics of your trip are satisfactory to you, and you can build on that.

    While you are in the process of getting in touch with someone, check your My Disney Experience account to see what is there. Hopefully you will see your reservation listed which might put your mind at ease.
