I'm sorry to hear you're having technical difficulties with your
My Disney Experience account. I understand how frustrating it can be to no longer be able to access your account because of an obsolete email address. I'm sure this happens to Guests from time to time, as people get updated technology, or get a different email address due to an employment change or other various reasons.
I encourage you to reach out to the Cast Members at Walt Disney World Website Support for assistance. They can be reached by calling (407) 939-4357. Another way to get assistance with your My Disney Experience account would be to
email the Help Center. Within the email form, you'll be asked to select a subject from a drop-down menu. Select "My Disney Experience Online or Mobile App", and make sure to describe the issue you're having with as much detail as you can provide, including your old email and the new one you'd like to use to sign in to your account. A Cast Member will get back to you and hopefully be able to help get your My Disney Experience account all straightened out.
