Hi, I have organized my Disneyland trip through a travel agency however they don't know the post COVID reservation practice. They have supplied me with a confirmation number but not a ticket number. How can I link this to make a reservation?

    Hello, Elizabeth!

I'm happy to meet you, welcome to planDisney! Your magic carpet ride will be truly impressive on your journey to the Disneyland Resort, but it will be worth the trip! Summer at the resort is such an exciting time, I can't wait for you to experience all the magic.

Guests at the Disneyland Resort need to have both a valid park ticket and a park reservation to enter Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park. My first recommendation is to check the confirmation e-mail that you received for any details or next steps that it may provide. Definitely don't be afraid to reach out to your travel agent again, either! If your specific agent is unable to help I would ask them if they have a colleague who specializes in Disneyland trips, or if they can provide you with additional resources. They are there to make your trip magical!

If you are staying at one of the Disneyland Resort Hotels then you can also try using your confirmation number to link to your Disney account and see if that provides an opportunity to make park reservations.

To link your Disneyland Resort Hotel reservation you need to be signed in on the U.S. version of the Disneyland website, then look for the "My Disneyland" tab at the top right of the page. Choose "My Hotel Reservations" and add the confirmation number for your stay. If you are able to link your reservation successfully then click the "My Disneyland" tab again and select "Ticket & Reservation Details" and see if you have the option to make park reservations.

Another option is to reach out to Disney directly over the phone. I would try the "Vacation Packages" number listed here and see if they can help you. Try not to stress! I totally understand wanting to get everything booked, but so far July is wide open on the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar. You're still one jump ahead!

Elizabeth, I hope this has all been helpful! As you finish your planning I would definitely take a minute to check out the Disney Parks Blog for the latest events at the Disneyland Resort. It's going to be a wondrous summer at the parks!

    Keep moving forward!
