Dear Deborah,
Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your questions. I am amazed at how well the Disneyland Resort Food and Beverage team is committed to offering so many choices for guests to accommodate various food allergies. Although you can currently view menus online for most
Table Service and Quick Service restaurants on Disneyland Resort property, know that menus are constantly evolving for the seasons and to showcase fresh ingredients.
To stick to your healthy lifestyle while on vacation, Disneyland Resort has a program called
Mickey Check to make it easier to locate choices on menus that fit specific nutritional guidelines. As soon as you mentioned suggestions for dairy-free foods, the first thing that popped into my head was, of course, the famous Disneyland Dole Whip which you can find at The Tiki Juice Bar at Disneyland Park and also The Coffee House at the Disneyland Hotel. There are also an abundance of fruit and vegetable snacks throughout the parks as well as healthy (and dairy-free) items like one of my favorites, the mouth-watering skewers at
Bengal Barbecue. You can also find sustainable fish options at Napa Rose and Steakhouse 55.
To confirm if specific foods are organic or for further questions about the dairy-free status of foods, I would suggest asking the chef at each restaurant or contacting the
Special Dietary Requests team at Special.Diets@Disneyland.com.
I hope this helps, and feel free to return with any other questions before your trip. Have a Fantasmic day!
