I often arrange for
packages to be delivered to my Disney Resort hotel ahead of my arrival. It saves on luggage space and weight, and is a simple process. It is perfectly fine to have items delivered a few days before your arrival. Please ensure you add your name, and "GUEST ARRIVING .... insert arrival date here" to be displayed on the address label. The mailing address is

Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830-8443. There is now a fee for receiving any packages at your Disney Resort hotel, and this applies whether you collect it from the
Front Desk, or have it delivered to your room by Bell Services. The current fee is $6 per package (prices is always subject to change), and if Bell Services deliver to your room I would always tip them too, out of courtesy.
When you arrive at the Front Desk for check-in, just ask if there is a package for you. If you have checked-in online, just call at the Front Desk any time. For any heavy items, Bell Services will deliver them to your room for you, on request.
