    Hey there, Teri! Welcome to planDisney! I'm so glad that you've stopped by with your vacation planning question. 

    Planning vacations to Walt Disney World Resort is seriously my favorite pastime, and I am SO excited to hear that your planning is off to a good start ... Well, a good start with a slight derailment of the train by Engineer Goofy. But Hakuna Matata! It means "no worries!" This will not be a runaway railway! We can easily get your planning train to The Most Magical Place on Earth right back on track! Choo choo!

    To get your ticket information emailed to you again, I would suggest calling a Cast Member with Existing Tickets at (407) 934-7639. I suggest calling right when the phone lines open at 7:00 a.m. EST, if possible, for the shortest hold time. An oh-so-helpful Cast Member will be happy to work their magic and assist you to find your ticket information. Once you have your confirmation number, log in your My Disney Experience account and link your tickets. Now, your planning is back on the rails! Nothing can stop you now!

    Teri, once you have your tickets linked to your My Disney Experience, be sure to make your Theme Park Pass Reservations. These Disney Park Passes are required for everyone to enter any of the four theme parks, so, this is a planning step you definitely don't want to skip!
