I ordered two pass to Epcot. But know I can’t change parks. What do I do?

Welcome to planDisney, Erika! Thanks so much for coming to us with your question today!

Erika, One-Day tickets are sold for specific Theme Parks, so if you want to change your ticket you will need to arrange to get a new ticket and pay the difference. You may be able to do this using the My Disney Experience app! Open up the app and tap the main menu in the bottom right corner. From there, tap on the "Tickets and Passes" tile, select the ticket you want to modify and select "Change Ticket." Select "Valid Ticket Dates" to bring up your options and choose the new date for your tickets. At this time, you'll complete the transaction by paying the remainder of the balance for the new ticket and then you'll be good to go!

If you find that you're unable to make any changes to your ticket within the My Disney Experience app, it's time to call the hotline for Existing Tickets. A friendly Disney Cast Member will walk you through your options and help you make changes if you decide to do so. I recommend doing this as soon as possible so you'll be able to make any necessary changes before your visit begins this week.

    Have a magical day, Erika!
