Selecting
MagicBands is such a fun step in the planning process. Those little wristbands unlock so much magic when you’re at the Walt Disney World Resort, and it’s fun to choose and wear a style that reflects your personality and Disney favorites.
It sounds like Stitch has gotten into the
My Disney Experience system again. It’s not unusual to find that something you’ve selected or reserved disappears upon one login, and then magically appears again when you login the next time. It can be very frustrating, but I've had luck with the following steps. If you’re using a desktop computer, log out of My Disney Experience, exit your browser, and then open the browser and log in again. If you're using the
mobile app, log out of the app and login again, and if that doesn’t work, check to see if there are updates available for the app. It can get glitchy when you’re not running the latest version. You may also have to delete the app and reinstall it.
If you’ve tried all of that and are having no luck, or if you would like help with any of those steps, I would recommend calling the My Disney Experience help desk at (407) 939-4357. The Cast Members there can look up your account and see what’s going on; they’re also the
MagicBands helpline. Have the email handy that confirms you selected those two MagicBands.
