We ordered our tickets online, staying off resort, do you need your tickets in hand to link them to our account? We would like to book fast passes but cannot seem to without linking our tickets

    Hi Tabatha,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question, my fellow Canadian!

In order to make your FastPass+ selections for your upcoming visit, regardless of whether or not you’re staying in a Disney Resort Hotel or “off property”, you’ll need to have Theme Park Tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account for each member of your travel party.

Linking them to your account should be relatively simple! You should have received a confirmation number when you purchased your tickets online (look under the barcode associated with your order). In order to link those tickets to your My Disney Experience account, visit the “My Plans” section. You’ll see a series of circles near the top of the page, including one that says “Park Tickets”, which is what you're looking to link. Enter that confirmation number and then you should see an option to link each ticket to the people in your travel party. Once that’s done, you should be good to go to make your FastPass+ selections.

If you need any assistance finding your confirmation number and linking your tickets, I urge you to contact Walt Disney World Resort and the dedicated My Disney Experience help line (you’ll see it on that page). They’ll be more than happy to help “untangle” your vacation plans!

Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions. We’re always happy to help!

    Have a Magical Day,
