    We have ordered tickets online and will be picking them up at will call. What are your best recommendations for this. I have read a few reviews about waiting in line for 2 hours. Is this true?

    Thank you for sending in your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    I have never had to wait that long to pick up Disney tickets, but if you really don't want to wait, I suggest just picking them up at your Walt Disney World Resort lobby.  Just have your confirmation and a photo ID with you.  Another good location that usually isn't busy is Guest Services in Downtown Disney.
