Hello Jazmine,
Are you counting down the days until you arrive at "The Most Magical Place on Earth" to enjoy all there is to see and do at the Walt Disney World Resort?
Hopefully by now, your ticket purchase confirmation email has arrived. In the case that it hasn't yet arrived, I'm happy to offer a few quick tips.
The first tip is one that you very like already thought of yourself, and that's to take a look in your other email folders like a junk email folder or a spam email folder. You've likely already looked to see if the email arrived and got sorted somewhere unexpected, but I mention it just to cover all the possibilities.
My next tip is to check your My Disney Experience account to see if your theme park tickets are already linked to your account. You can sign in to your My Disney Experience account and look in your
"My Plans" area. In the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section you should see two content tabs. One is for your "Daily Itinerary" that displays your theme park reservations you make through the
Disney Park Pass system. The other tab is a "Tickets & Memory Maker" tab that displays the theme park tickets you purchased. If you see your theme park tickets displayed, you should be good to go to make your theme park reservations using the Disney Park Pass system.
You can also see your theme park tickets in the
My Disney Experience mobile app by tapping the main menu (the three stacked lines in the lower right corner) and then tapping the "Tickets and Passes" tile.
If you're not seeing your tickets displayed, and if you still have not received your confirmation email, I recommend reaching out to the Walt Disney World Resort by calling (407)-934-7639 so you can speak with a Cast Member to look into your tickets with you. As an alternative to calling, you can
email the ticketing team. You can also
use the chat feature online to chat with a Cast Member who can assist you.
Jazmine, here's wishing you a wonderful trip to the Walt Disney World Resort to enjoy all the magic of the theme parks!
Jerry
