Anna from FL Asked Note: This answer was provided prior to the change to planDisney and may still contain references to Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I ordered my tickets online and chose the email option since this was a last minute purchase and tickets wouldn’t have time to be shipped. Do I take my email and card I used directly to the entry turnstiles or do I have to go to guest services first?

    Hi Anna!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I am so excited to see that you are arriving tomorrow!!  Yay!   You definitely chose the correct option of having your tickets sent to you by email, to ensure they arrived on time.  You can take your email, credit card used, and ID, to any Guest Relations at any theme park or Disney Springs, and they will assist you with your tickets.  If you are heading straight to a theme park it's probably easier to use the Guest Relations just outside the entrance.  Allow yourself some extra time just in case there is a queue.

Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions, even while you are actually on vacation!  We will be very happy to help you plan your magical trip to Walt Disney World Resort, and keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for all the latest official news and updates on any events that may be happening during your stay.
