    I ordered tickets and got this message " Your confirmation is currently pending due to system availability. You will soon receive an email to inform you of the status of your order once it's processed." What does this mean?

    Hi Sharon!

    I've received this message before when purchasing from the Walt Disney World website.  I called and was told they were doing a system update at the time I ordered, so if you were caught in the middle of it, it would take a little longer to process.  I did end up getting an email confirmation that my order had gone through and everything was fine.  Give it at least 24 hours.  If you don't receive an email, I suggest giving them a call tomorrow.
