    Ordered tickets for 2- May 23, 2021-Epcot on Aug 1 and Magic Kingdom on Aug 2, Chose to receive in mail versus email. We fly in on July 31st and am wondering when to expect tickets. Recent mail service concerns me--my birthday cards were very late.

    Your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort is only days away now! How fun! You have chosen two great theme parks to spend time at during your vacation. EPCOT is my favorite, especially when the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is taking place. But there is nothing quite like setting eyes on Cinderella Castle in Magic Kingdom Park. You will have the best time at both parks!

    When I recently ordered Walt Disney World theme park tickets, I got them in the mail just a few weeks later and would assume that you should have your tickets by now. If you still haven't received them, you will want to give Disney a call directly at (407) 566-4985 and speak with a Cast Member. Hopefully, they can help track down your order and can then advise you on what to do to get your tickets. They may send you a confirmation via email and have you pick up your tickets when you arrive instead.
