Hi there, Michael! Thanks so much for stopping by to see us with your question.
I'm so sorry you haven't been able to secure a
Disney Park Pass reservation for your upcoming visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. I know it must be frustrating. I've been scanning the
Availability Calendar for several weeks myself, and it's definitely been a popular time to visit. Especially now that Walt Disney World is operating with limited capacity as part of the
phased reopening process, it's been tough to land those Disney Park Passes of late.
One thing you might consider is adding the
Park Hopper Option onto your existing tickets, which would let you make a Disney Park Pass reservation for a park that does have availability (I see that EPCOT is available almost every day next week), and hop to another park after 2 p.m. If you'd like to reschedule your trip, though, you can definitely do that. You may be able to modify your ticket dates online in your
My Disney Experience account. Just go to the "My Plans" section and find your tickets there. If you have the option to "Modify" your tickets, click there and make any changes necessary. Do note that since Disney uses
date-based pricing for tickets, you may find a difference in the price between your original date and the one you're changing to. If you have any questions, or are unable to modify your date online, you can
give Disney's Guest Relations number a call and a friendly Cast Member will help you make those changes.
I hope this helps you plan a magical family vacation to Walt Disney World, Michael. If you have any more questions, please be sure to come see us again. We're always here to help!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
