I just ordered tickets to the Disney parks for a few weeks. I ordered for my account and I manage my two kids ages three and six. I was able to add my ticket to my Apple wallet but I cannot figure out how to get my kids tickets to where I can access them

Welcome, Dan! I'm so glad you found your way to us here at planDisney. I'm ready to help you tackle your question about adding your kid's tickets to your Apple Wallet.

My kids are ages 5 and 2, and we haven't shopped for a MagicBand+ for either of their wrists yet. My wife and I rock our MagicBand+, and we typically grab a Key to the World card for our daughter to use, then safely stow it away in our fanny pack. To access our son's pass, we turn to the My Disney Experience app and MagicMobile Service! This allows us to have all of our passes conveniently stored in our mobile wallet, and setting it up couldn't be easier. Here's how to do it:

First, open the My Disney Experience app on your device. Look for the hamburger menu (☰) in the bottom right corner and tap it. Scroll down to the "Account" heading and tap on "Set Up MagicMobile Entry." At the top right of the next screen you will see a white plus sign in a blue circle. Give that a tap and you should see the option to create a pass for the guests you manage and have an option to add the newly created passes to your Apple Wallet!

Once you have the passes in your Apple Wallet, you can cycle through them at the entrance turnstyle to get everyone into the park that day.

I hope this information helps you get all your tickets and passes squared away for your upcoming trip, Dan! If you think of any other questions or have additional curiosities about planning your most magical vacation, you know where to find me!

    Stay magical,
    Scott
