    I ordered tickets through the Disney Experience App. I didn't receive any confirmation email, but my Disney account does show my purchase. So, where do I get my tickets? What information will I need to provide to show proof of purchase?

    Hi Lea!

    If you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort, you will receive complimentary MagicBands.  Your tickets will be automatically linked to your MagicBands, so there is no need to get the hard plastic tickets.  If you will not be using MagicBands during your vacation, you can pick up your tickets at any Guest Relations located at every park including the water parks and Downtown Disney.  You will need to show a photo ID as well as the form of payment you used to purchase the tickets online.
