    I ordered my tickets for a 3 day pass and have no received my order confirmation in my emails. What should I do?

    May I begin by wishing you a very warm welcome to planDisney!  We're so happy to see you here today.

    How fun it is to hEAR that you're planning towards what's sure to be a magical 3-day visit to the enchantment of Walt Disney World Resort at the end of this month.  I feel sure you're beginning to feel super excited now that the 31st of January is almost upon us!

    Colby, I'm happy to share that in my own personal experience of purchasing Disney Theme Park Tickets direct from, that it can take up to 72 hours for the ticket confirmation email to process and arrive into my email inbox. 

    Hopefully, with just a little faith, trust, and pixie dust, perhaps by the time you're reading this, your ticket to the magic email will have appEARed!  If this is not the case, then I would suggest speaking in person with a helpful Cast Member who will have full access to your My Disney Experience account, and be able to fully assist with your ticket enquiries.
