Hello and welcome to
planDisney, David. Thanks for stopping by with your question.
I see that you have a trip planned to the
Most Magical Place On Earth in just a few short weeks. I bet you are getting so excited! July is such a great time to visit
Walt Disney World but it can be really hot outside. Be sure to plan a lot of swimming time in your itinerary to help keep you cool!
David, when you purchased your tickets online, you provided an email address for a confirmation to be sent. In that confirmation email, you should see your ticket numbers listed out. You can take those numbers and link them to your
MyDisneyExperience account. Once your tickets are linked, you should be able to select your park pass reservations. If you are not seeing any of that information in your confirmation email, I would reach out to the existing tickets help desk at (407) 566-4985. There a Cast Member will be able to help assist you in locating your ticket numbers.
Park pass reservation availability changes quite frequently. I'll give you an example. Last night, Magic Kingdom Park was unavailable for today on the calendar for me to book a park pass reservation. I was up and checked first thing this morning and spots opened up. I was able to snag a same-day reservation with no problem. You just have to check back frequently, especially the closer it gets to your vacation. As itineraries change and people drop their park pass reservations, this gets reflected on the park pass reservation website in real-time. Spots will open up for you but the sooner you can make those park pass reservations the better.
I hope this helps, David. If you have any other questions about this, please feel free to stop back by and
ask me. I'm here to help.
Happy planning!
Jackie H.
