    I ordered a slap magic band and the number is invalid when I enter it into my account to link.

    It's fun to hear you purchased a MagicBand Slap Bracelet to help you enjoy all the magic that awaits you when you visit the Walt Disney World Resort. 

    I'm happy to share a tip that might help you with your question, and you might very well have already tried this tip. The ID number for the MagicBand is etched on the back of the center icon (the oval-shaped piece with the Mickey icon). You can use this ID number to link your MagicBand to your My Disney Experience account. 

    If you find you're still encountering some problem spots in linking your MagicBand, you can reach out to the Walt Disney World Resort at (407)-934-7639 and speak with a Cast Member who can offer some technical guidance to assist you. You could also connect with a Cast Member for assistance using the chat service online.
