    We ordered our Salute Tickets yesterday. We received a confirmation #, but tickets are two weeks out. Can I start making reservations with the confirmation number, or do I have to wait for my tickets to start adding events? We are really excited to plan!

    Hi Brenda!

    The Walt Disney World Resort really knows how to show their thanks to members of the U.S. Military by providing amazing rates on select Walt Disney World Resort Hotel Rooms, a fantastic discount for Memory Maker, and, as you know, incredible pricing on theme park tickets!

    Depending on the number you received, you may be able to link your tickets to your My Disney Experience account to be able to begin planning.  If you received the codes that are on the back of the tickets (or ticket certificates), you will be able to link your tickets, assign them to the appropriate Guests, and begin making plans like FastPass+ selections!  Just remember, if you receive certificates and not tickets, you will need to activate them at any Guest Relations location before you can enter the parks.

    If you did not receive these codes, then you will not be able to link your tickets until you receive them in the mail.  That being said, you can still make plans like dining reservations and check out the schedule so you know which parks you would like to visit on each day of your magical vacation!  Also remember to download the My Disney Experience mobile app so that you can plan on the go!
