    I ordered 2 FL resident 3 day passes for pickup at will call. Tried using code to order fast passes; received message “will call not available to order fast passes.”. Is this accurate I cannot order fast passes before picking up tickets at guest services?

    Hi Carol! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    I am thrilled to hear that you are taking advantage of the amazing Florida Resident tickets! I love that Walt Disney World offers these to Guests that share this beautiful state. You have a lot of fun waiting for you during those three days!

    You should be able to link Will Call tickets to your My Disney Experience account. When you are signed in and on the main My Disney Experience page, there is a spot at the top for "Park Tickets." When you hover over it, the option to "Link Tickets" should pop up. Once you click that, you will see an area to enter your Will Call Confirmation Number. If you enter it and it does not work, you will need to call and speak with a Cast Member at (407) 939-4357 and explain that you are trying to link your Will Call tickets in order to make FastPass+ selections in advance. The Cast Member will help troubleshoot and hopefully you will get it all straightened out!
