    Ordered pp+ more than 2 weeks out for our feb 3-11 trip thru my travel agent. She was told we would have to pick up pp materials at desk nothing will be mailed to us. when we ck in just making sure we won't have any issues? Thanks


    You will love the PhotoPass+!  I have purchased it for my last couple of trips and loved all the extra options you have with the 'plus' version.  The pre-order promo does have to be purchased 14 days prior to your vacation, so you are good there.  But, it has always been my understanding that you would receive a voucher to redeem at one of the PhotoPass Sales Centers within each of four parks and Downtown Disney. Since you purchased it through your travel agent, it is likely that it could be waiting with your check-in materials as she noted. However, I would double check with your travel agent as well as possibly contacting Disney PhotoPass through their website.  At the bottom of the page is a link to "Contact Us" where you can get in touch with them with any questions or concerns.  

    I know you will be happy with PhotoPass+, so I hope that you are able to have your concerns addressed and receive it with no issues.
