I ordered the Photopass+ before my trip. Now I am home and I don't see a voucher for the PhotoCD. Is it a paper voucher or is it on the CD itself? How do I retrieve my photos to the CD? I have what looks like a packing slip. Is that the voucher?

    Hi there Mary Lynn,

You will need to sign into the PhotoPass website to claim your photos.  Just look for the code on the back of your PhotoPass card and enter it into the area that asks for your PhotoPass ID number.  Your photos should now appear in your account and you can edit them as you desire.  When you're ready, and have made all changes, go ahead and place a Photo CD into your cart.  Your shopping cart should already reflect a credit for the amount of the CD, resulting in a zero balance.

Please write back if you have any issues or additional questions!
