Hi Samantha! Welcome to planDisney.
Thanks for bringing your Walt Disney World Resort vacation question to us at
planDisney. We are a group of Disney enthusiasts always willing to help with tips and tricks at
The World's Most Magical Place on Earth.
While I am not sure which
Theme Park Ticket or
Annual Pass you are in possession of, I can tell you either one is
nonrefundable. However, you can change the start date of your Theme Park Tickets up to midnight the day before your
Disney Park Reservation. First, check the
availability calendar to verify your new dates. To do this, open the
My Disney Experience Mobile App, click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner, and select "Tickets and Passes." Find your ticket and tap on "Change Ticket," and choose your new date. If there is a difference in price, be ready to submit payment. Also, the value of an expired unused theme park ticket can be applied to the purchase of a new ticket. As far as Annual Passes go, currently, only the
Florida Resident Disney Pixie Dust Pass is available, so an upgrade is not likely. If you need further assistance, give the
Existing Tickets Help Center a call to speak to a friendly Cast Member.
Whatever you decide, I hope you make it back in time to immerse yourself in
The World's Most Magical Celebration. This 18-month-long party will feature
specialty-themed treats,
50th Anniversary Celebration Merchandise, and
Beacons of Magic.
Keeping it Magical,
Cindy
