    Hi. I ordered park tickets for 5 people under my account. Our Disney bands are linked to my daughters account. How do I get these tickets linked to her account/our bands? I get an error message saying they are already linked to another account?

    Hello, Nancee! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I see that you'll be arriving at the Walt Disney World Resort in a little over a week! I hope you are getting excited for your trip. 

    Let's see if we can get the park tickets you purchased and the MagicBands linked correctly so you can relax and start packing. In this situation, since you have already attempted to link the tickets, I would call into Guest Services at (407)566-4985 and speak directly with a Cast Member. That person has access to your specific account and should be able to help correctly link tickets. My cousin had an issue with tickets he purchased through his account and the Cast Member was able to reassign the tickets over the phone in under ten minutes. 

    Once your ticket are linked, it's time to start getting excited! If you are planning a day at Epcot, check out the Epcot International Festival of the Arts, opening only a few days before your arrival. You can experience art-themed foods, catch the Disney on Broadway Concert Series and even help paint a mural!
