tickets is the number one thing to check off your to-do list, so let's chat about when you might expect to see a confirmation email once you've purchased them.
Sometimes, it can take 24 to 48 hours for your ticket order to process. Since your trip is coming up so soon and you presumably still need to make
Disney Park Pass reservations, if you do not see your tickets in your email or your
My Disney Experience app 24 hours after you purchased them, I recommend making a
call to the hotline for existing tickets so you can talk directly to a Disney Cast Member about your order. They can check into the status of your order and let you know how to proceed from there.
As soon as you have your tickets linked to your My Disney Experience account, make those Disney Park Pass reservations as soon as possible. You need both a valid ticket and a reservation to enter a Theme Park, so the earlier you make your reservations the better the availability will be for the days you're visiting!
