Please sign into your Disney account and select
My MagicBands and Cards beneath the
My Disney Experience planning tab on the top right of the main page. Eric, if your order status says, “In Process” and you have not yet received your confirmation email that your MagicBand+ devices have shipped, or even if the status shows confirmation, I highly recommend contacting
Walt Disney World Resort – My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+ as soon as possible to discuss a resolution and to
possibly arrange for your MagicBand+ devices to be sent to your Disney Resort Hotel where you can pick them up at the Front Desk upon arrival. In my opinion, this would be the most direct manner of receiving your devices in good order. I really hope that your MagicBand+ order status is still pending - good luck!
Tips:Download the
My Disney Experience App to manage your plans during your visit and enjoy the many helpful features designed to optimize and add convenience to your visit, such as saving time in line with the
Disney Genie+ Service and ordering your food ahead of time with
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering, to name some.
There may be time to purchase your special event tickets for
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at the Magic Kingdom Park online, at the theme park ticket booth, or at the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs, which is the BEST, not-so-scary, Disney-style party in the World!
