One of the last items to check off of your pre-cruise list is to take care of your COVID-19 testing. It sounds like you have planned well with ordering the home antigen test kits through the
Safe Passage portal. The observed antigen test kits are shipped via UPS and should arrive in time to be completed within two days prior to your sailing. If you have any specific questions about the testing process, you can contact Inspire Diagnostics at (877) 250-5132 between 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., EST. You may also reach Inspire by email at DCLSupport@inspirediagnostics.com. If you decide to send an email, please indicate that you are a Disney Cruise Line Guest in the subject line. Be sure to provide your full name, reservation number, and contact number, followed by your question in the body of the email.
If you ordered an at-home test kit through Safe Passage but did not get the chance to complete or mail it to Inspire Diagnostics via UPS, you can make an appointment to complete your COVID-19 test for no additional fee at one of the Inspire Diagnostics testing locations set up for Disney Cruise Line Guests near the terminal. Know Before You Go page on the Disney Cruise Line website.
