    I ordered the new magic bands for my trip 10 days ago and I leave on Friday and I have not received them and I have called the number and they are busy and don't pick up. Not sure what to do the order says in process. Please help :(

    I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with the delivery date for your MagicBands. Since you ordered them in advance, they should be delivered directly to your home address in time for your vacation. With your arrival date still a week away but your departure from your home only a day away, I'm a bit concerned that they are under the impression that there is still more time to get them to you. Since the order shows "in process", I highly doubt that they were shipped just yet. 

    One of my fellow planDisney panelists spoke to a Cast Member at Walt Disney World Merchandise Guest Services and gladly shared the information she was provided with. It is possible to have the shipment rerouted to your resort, and if caught in time, should be waiting for you upon arrival. I would recommend calling them at (877) 560-6477 (if you have not already tried this phone number) or sending an email to WDW Merchandise at Merchandise.Guest.Services@disneyparks.com. They should be able to provide you with the best course of action going forward. If the status of your order changes and it provides you with a tracking number from the United States Postal Service, you may also contact them to see if they can reroute your delivery directly to your resort. Make sure you have the correct address of your resort ready to go.

    If you are unable to receive your MagicBands in time, I suggest trying to request a refund for this purchase, since you will be unable to use them for your trip. There are many locations around the Walt Disney World Resort where you can purchase a variety of MagicBands and link them directly to your My Disney Experience account. There is an ID Number on the back of each band that you can use to link to your account. In the event that your pre-ordered MagicBands do not arrive in time, you will still have the option to purchase them when you arrive onsite.
