I ordered the memory maker and have not received anything. Also, for the magical extras it says you need a card? So I have not received anything. My trip is in May

Hello Doreen, and welcome to planDisney!

You have picked a wonderful time of year to visit the Walt Disney World Resort. In my experience, the weather in May has always been great, not too hot or humid to enjoy a full day of adventure. You will be able to take part in the World’s Most Magical Celebration and the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival! I am happy to hear that you purchased a Memory Maker to capture every magical core memory.

Your Memory Maker is a digital product that should be automagically linked to your My Disney Experience account. You can confirm this by clicking on the My Plans tab and scrolling down to the My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets section, and clicking on the Tickets & Memory Maker tab to confirm it. If you do not see it, tap the “Add More Plans” button and click on Link Purchases and Reservations from the pull-down options. Select Memory Maker from the options, and enter the confirmation number from your Memory Maker order in the space provided. Follow the prompts to complete linking it to your account. Remember, whoever you assign as the owner of the Memory Maker will be the person that can download all your precious photos. Anyone on your Family & Friends list can add photos taken by a PhotoPass Photographer using a MagicBand or MagicMobile pass, but only the owner can download photos without the watermark.

If you ordered  MagicBands at the pre-arrival discounted price, you will receive a notification once they have shipped. Guests who book their vacation packages with the Walt Disney World Travel Company will receive their Magical Extras packet at the Front Desk of their Disney Resorts Collection Hotel.

Remember, all Guests must have valid theme park admission and a Disney Park Pass reservation for each day you plan to visit a theme park. If you have not made your reservations, I would recommend that you make them immediately. You can also make your Advanced Dining Reservations, at this time, for the entire length of your trip. If you need any help making your selections please come back and visit us here at planDisney.

    See ya real soon,
    Andrea
