    Hi! Ordered memory maker, the email says this is not your ticket, you must still visit will call?. What is will call? Its paid for and I have a Confirmation number. Super worried it wont be linked.

    Hi Lisa,

    I recently had a very similar experience and can tell you there is nothing to worry about.  Since I also chose to pick my Memory Maker up at will call, I visited Guest Services at one of the theme park entrances and presented my Memory Maker purchase confirmation print out.  Guest Services issued me a Memory Maker card and verified that Memory Maker was linked to my MagicBand.

    If you purchased Memory Maker while logged into your My Disney Experience, then Memory Maker is linked automatically for you.  However if you purchased it from the general website (like I did), you will need to link your Memory Maker separately.  You can do this through My Disney Experience before your trip or have Guest Services link Memory Maker to your MagicBand when you pick up your Memory Maker.  To link Memory Maker yourself in My Disney Experience go to the "Reservations" tab and scroll down and select "Link Memory Maker".  You can enter your confirmation number and be all set.  It's a quick and easy process!

    On my recent vacation I chose to use my MagicBand to associate all my PhotoPass photos since it was so convenient to have everything in one location.  The choice is up to you of course and you will be presented with a Memory Maker card to use when you visit Guest Services with your confirmation printout.
