I am sorry to hear that your other
MagicBands did not arrive, but glad you have received one. MagicBands are great additions to your
Walt Disney World Resort vacation and will be so helpful throughout your trip.
If you purchased your MagicBand through My Disney Experience during a
Disney Resorts Collection reservation, all MagicBand purchases must be made at the same time. Unfortunately, since your My Disney Experience account says the MagicBands have been declined, you cannot go back to purchase more MagicBands there. No need to worry! I suggest you call the
My Disney Experience and MagicBands Help Desk to see if they will be able to dig a little deeper and work some magic.
You can also head over to
shopDisney to purchase MagicBands for the rest of your party. There is a great selection, so you will be able to pick one for each of your party. Once received, make sure to link them in your
My Disney Experience mobile app so any Theme Park, Dining, or Disney Resorts Collection reservations will show up.
