I am delighted to hear that you recently purchased MagicBands for your trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth. These amazing bands may just end up being your new favorite magical accessories. Both the MagicBand and MagicBand+ options
offer so much convenience during your stay at Walt Disney World Resort. You will be able to enter the theme parks and your Walt Disney World Resort Collection hotel with the tap of your wrist. You can also use your MagicBand to charge food and merchandise purchases to your resort portfolio, access
Lighting Lane selections, and so much more. And if your ordered one of the new MagicBand+ options, you will be able to enjoy some of the recently added features, including virtual bounty hunting in
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge and fun interactions with the
Fab 50 Character Collection. These enchanting interactions are sure to add a little extra magic to your stay.
The increased popularity of MagicBand orders due to the launch of MagicBand+ has created some extended order processing and shipping times. The current shipping time is stated as 10 business days after your order has been personalized. I am so sorry to hear that you did not receive an email after placing your order. But I do have some good news, friend! You can check the status of your order through your
My Disney Experience account on the Walt Disney World website. Locate the My Disney Experience drop-down menu located at the top right of the screen, and select the
My MagicBands and Cards option. This page will show your recent order as well as any previous MagicBand purchases. Choose
Order History on the shipment you are inquiring about. Your order will be listed as
In Progress or
Shipped on the next screen. If your order is listed as
In Progress, your MagicBands are still being personalized and have not been shipped just yet. Should you see
Shipped, you can click on the order to receive tracking details and estimated delivery timeframes.
Elda, if by chance you
ordered your MagicBands through shopDisney, and not through My Disney Experience, you will be able to check the status of your bands through your
Order History. You can find this by selecting your account details at the top of the screen and choosing the
Order History tab on the next page.
Should you still be unable to find the status of your bands through these options, I recommend reaching out to a friendly Cast Member with
MagicBands and MagicBand+ by phone. They may be able to assist you in the status of your order. Wait times may be longer than expected due to the popularity of MagicBand+, so I recommend calling early when the lines open. Calls can be made from 7 Am to 11 PM ET.
