    I ordered my magicband+ on 7/27/2022, but it still says 'in progress.' What is going on? It's been past 10 business days. We are going to leave for Disney on 10/17/2022 and I'm starting to get concerned. Where are our 3 magicband+ ?????

    The new designs and features of the MagicBand+ sure are exciting! We'll be able to interact with the Disney Fab 50 Character Collection, be part of the magic of nighttime spectaculars, and even have an adventure as a Batuu Bounty Hunter. These little bands are packed with new magical tricks and still retain the MagicBand features we know and love.

    I completely understand how frustrating it must be to not know where your shiny new MagicBand+ is. I can share my experience, as I also ordered MagicBand+ (two of them) on July 27th for my trip arriving on August 19th. My order shipped on Wednesday, about seven business days before my arrival. My order's Standard Shipping timeline states that I'll receive them in 4-5 business days once they've shipped, and the tracking shows they arrived at a nearby USPS facility this morning. I expect to receive them tomorrow or Monday.

    You ordered on the same day I did, but your Disney Resort stay starts two days prior to mine, so it is disappointing to hEAR that the status has not been updated on your order. Shipping delays are always possible, and it may be due to a specific style you selected having low stock. If your order doesn't ship in the next couple of days with updated tracking information, I recommend you contact a Cast Member using the convenient Chat feature in your My Disney Experience Mobile App or calling by phone.

    The great news is that MagicBand+ is available for purchase at several locations at Walt Disney World Resort. If your order doesn't arrive in time, please be sure to stop at the Front Desk of your Resort to seek a resolution. From my perspective, you paid for them (they are no longer complimentary, which would be a different scenario), and were told they would arrive in time, so I would be very surprised if the Resort didn't have a resolution lined up for you.
