MagicBand+ during your visit gives you seamless entry to the theme parks and your Walt Disney World Resort hotel room or suite. You can also use your band to charge food and merchandise purchases to your resort and access your Lightning Lanes entrances. And the new MagicBand+ offers all-new features like virtual bounty hunting in
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge and enchanting interactions with the
Fab 50 Character Collection.
If you are a Guest of a Walt Disney World Resort Collection hotel and purchased your new magical accessories through your
My Disney Experience account, you can check your order status through the Walt Disney World website. Choose the
My MagicBands and Cards option from the My Disney Experience drop-down menu. You should see information about your recent order and a link labeled
Order History. Click this to see the most recent information on your MagicBand purchase. Your current order will be listed on the next screen and it should either state
In Progress or
Shipped. Orders still in progress are still being personalized and haven't started the magical route to your home or resort just yet. If your order is labeled as shipped, you can click on the order to see tracking details and links. You should also receive an email when the order has shipped with the necessary tracking information. The current shipping time for MagicBand orders is about ten business days unless otherwise noted.
MagicBand options purchased through shopDisney can be tracked through the shopDisney website. Choose
Order History from the account menu, and click on the MagicBand purchase. You will be able to view the status of your order and shipping details on this page.
