Thank you for visiting us and asking this question. When you place your order for your
MagicBands, using My Disney Experience, you should see a confirmation screen displaying your order number and 'Congratulations, thank you for your order'. In addition an email will arrive from shop@disneyparks.com with the heading "Your MagicBand is confirmed", with full details of your order and payment. If you didn't see either of these, head to your
My Disney Experience account and view Your Plans. Alongside your Disney Resort hotel reservation you should see your MagicBands, or 'Your MagicBand order is being fulfilled' if it was a recent order. You can also visit 'My MagicBands and Cards' on My Disney Experience to see all your outstanding orders.
If there is no MagicBand order showing, it is possible that your order did not submit correctly. Just to be sure, I recommend you call (407) 939-4357 to speak with a helpful Disney Cast Member who will assist you with My Disney Experience and MagicBands.
If you need to re-order your MagicBands, there is also a good selection available to buy at
shopDisney online. If you buy from shopDisney you will need to link your MagicBands to your hotel reservation, and you will find instructions on how to do this on My Disney Experience. Alternatively, you may visit the Front Desk of your Disney Resort hotel and the Cast Members there will be happy to link your MagicBands for you.
