    I ordered 2 magic bands plus and activated both--one was assigned to my name --another was assigned to Larry instead of Lawrence How can I fix it--Lawrence is my husband--it was supposed to be assigned to that person not my son Larry

    Welcome to planDisney. We're glad you've stopped by with your question about MagicBand+! It looks like you'll be spending some time at The Most Magical Place on Earth very soon. Let's get you ready for your exciting and interactive day at the Walt Disney World Resort!

    With MagicBand+, your family will experience a whole new world of enchantment in the theme parks. Your new bands will display dazzling lights and vibrations as they interact with elements in the theme parks and during select nighttime spectaculars, bringing an added layer of fun to your Disney day! Lisa, I'm sorry to hear your MagicBand+ has been assigned to the wrong Guest. Unfortunately, once a MagicBand or MagicBand+ has been assigned to a Guest, it cannot be transferred to another person. However, a friendly Cast Member informed me that, if a band has not yet been utilized and was assigned incorrectly in error, Guests may reach out to the Walt Disney World Resort via live chat or to the My Disney Experience, MagicBand and MagicBand+ phone line for assistance correcting the problem.

    Luckily, a couple of other options are available that allow Guests to enter the theme parks, tap into Lightning Lane entrances, and unlock the door to their Resort hotel room, similar to MagicBands. While these options don't come with the exciting interactions that a MagicBand+ has to offer, they do provide convenience during a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. With the My Disney Experience mobile app, Guests can unlock their Resort hotel room door and can create Disney MagicMobile passes that'll allow them to enter the theme parks, redeem Lightning Lane entry selections, link Disney PhotoPass images, and more! Alternatively, Guests may stop by a Guest Relations location or the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs to request a physical card linked to their theme park admission that'll enable that same functionality. Finally, you can always purchase another MagicBand+ once you arrive on-site. They are available at many merchandise locations throughout the theme parks, Resort hotels, and Disney Springs!
