Janice, I'm super excited to hear you've rescheduled the Walt Disney World Resort vacation you had to cancel last year. We had to cancel ours last year too, and we are just counting down the days to our rescheduled visit this June!
Not knowing the exact details of your
MagicBand order, I recommend calling the Reservation Team at (407) 939-1936. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to assist you! Just be sure that you have all your reservation information on hand, including the order number you had previously received. If you need to order a new set of MagicBands, there are some
customization deadlines to keep in mind. If you customize your order at least 11 days before your arrival date, your order will be shipped to your home. If you customize your Magic Band between 10 and 6 days before your arrival date, your order will be waiting for you at the Front Desk of your Disney Resort hotel. It's important to note that
MagicBands are no longer complimentary to Guests of Disney Resort hotels. I've found the pre-arrival selection to be very reasonable, though!

My Disney Experience mobile app works much like a MagicBand in that you can use it for theme park entry. Isn't that cool? My oldest son had decided to opt out of wearing a MagicBand for our upcoming visit, so he'll be using a
Disney MagicMobile pass when we arrive at the theme parks for pixie-dusted adventures!
