I placed my pre-arrival
MagicBand+ order for today's trip on July 27th, so just a few days before you did. My order shipped last Wednesday and arrived this Monday.
You should be able to view your Order History when accessing your My Disney Experience account on the web - I've not had great luck checking this in the app. Once you've signed in, hover over the My Disney Experience logo in the upper right corner and click on
My MagicBands and Cards. You should see basic order information on this page as well as a button to get more information - mine says Order History. From there, you should be able to view the shipping status, and once your order ships, a tracking number will appear for you to use!
If that doesn't work for you, I suggest using the Chat With Us feature in the My Disney Experience Mobile App for additional help. That being said, I don't think you should worry about your order not arriving in time for your trip, and if there is a hiccup, Cast Members at your
Disney Resort will be able to get you back on track to enjoy all the magic!
