I ordered my Magic Bands for my daughter and I'd first trip in April. When it comes to charging the room, does it charge everything when you check out of the hotel or does it charge it right away?

Hello Anne! What a beautiful name you have.

Each Walt Disney World Resort hotel "level" has its own prescribed charging limit that needs to be reached before your credit card is charged. Currently they are as follows: Deluxe, $1,500; Moderate, $1,000; Value, $500.  Once you have reached that limit or the last night of your stay (whichever comes first) your credit card will be charged.  If you prefer that your card not be charged you can stop by the front desk and pay down your balance at any time.

If you have more questions, come on back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel- we love to help!

    See ya real soon!

Meet the Panelist: Anne, Iowa

I’m Anne, a native Iowan, wife, mother, and grandmother. For me, a major part of the fun of a Disney trip is the planning. I have traveled to the Disney Parks in multiple stages of my life, including as a daughter, sister, aunt, mother and grandmother.  One of my favorite things to do is to travel with multi-generational groups. I am thrilled to be able to help other Disney guests plan their adventures. Learn More About Anne
