I'm so excited about
MagicBand+! Like you, I placed my pre-arrival order on July 27th, and it looks like I'll be receiving my order via USPS on Monday, which is about four days prior to my arrival. So, while I know you'd like to know where your order is (I'll get to that in a moment), you shouldn't have to worry about receiving them prior to your upcoming October trip.
I purchased my MagicBand+ order through my Annual Pass, but that order is showing up on the same page in My Disney Experience as a separate order I have associated with my Disney Resort stay. The trick is that I've only been able to view my Order History when accessing my My Disney Experience account on the web, not in the app. Once you're signed in online, hover over the My Disney Experience logo, and then click on
My MagicBands and Cards. Scroll down and you should see some information about your order, and a button to click for more information - mine says
Order History. That takes me to the Order History page, and I'm able to click on an order, which will show me the shipping status, and once shipped, shows a tracking number you can use.
Try that out and see what information you're able to get. If you still can't find any of the information, you may want to use the Chat With Us feature in the
My Disney Experience Mobile App for additional assistance.
