MagicBand+ makes the experience even more special. How it syncs up to select shows and lights up always makes me smile.
I’m sorry to hear that you are having difficulty with your MagicBand+. I had a similar experience with one of mine, so I’d be happy to help you troubleshoot it. One of the things that helped me was resetting my MagicBand+. Press and hold the button on the MagicBand+ for about 6 seconds or until it buzzes twice. This will turn off the device. Once it is turned off, you should see the LED light turn red and rotate. Press and hold the button again to power the MagicBand+ back on. If the reset worked, you would see a solid green light. This did the trick for me, so I hope it works for you. If not, some other
troubleshooting tips may be able to help you as well.
